Safety Shoes

Manufacturing Technologies:

• DIP Technology : The shoes are manufactured by soles being directly injected to the upper on an imported Czech machine. Under this technology shoes are manufactured with PVC / Nitrille PVC sole.
• DVP / DMS Technology: Here the shoes are manufactured with soles directly molded to the upper. This technology is used to manufacture shoes with Rubber and Nitrille Rubber Soles.
• Cemented Technology: Here the premolded soles are cemented under pressure with hydraulic cementing machine to the upper after reactivation of adhesives. This method is used to manufacture shoes with Light Weight PU Soles and Leather Soles.

     We would like to add that we have a wide range of upper designs and has its own designing department to develop any design as required by the customer. You could choose from our range of design or provide us with the upper design (by way of sample or photograph) of your requirement which we will develop for you.

Raw Materials

• Leather: All shoes are made of genuine hide leathers. Each hide is checked before it is forwarded to the cutting department.
• Lining: All shoes are fully lined with breathable fabric/leather to allow absorption of perspiration for maximum comfort.
• Toe Caps: Are manufactured from hardened steel and meet IS 11226 and IS 5852 specifications. Steel toe caps meet international standards viz. EN 345.
• Soling: All soling materials viz. PVC, Rubber, Nitrille Rubber are procured from reputed quality conscious companies who test the materials before it is dispatched. Also regular checks are done by us by sending the soles to laboratories for analysis and testing to doubly ensure that quality is maintained by our suppliers and the end product is of high quality.
